Objective of this position:
To oversee activities of service, maintenance contractors and staff, execution of building related activities as predetermined by the Operations and Centre Managers. Establish and maintain relationships with tenants and service contractors. Assist the Operations Manager with coordinating repairs, revamps and tenant installations. Carry out inspections and general building maintenance.
Experience required:
- Technical / mechanical qualification at N4 level or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience
- Basic building maintenance knowledge
- Plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Knowledge of lease conditions
- Basic OHS, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical
- Knowledge of cost budgeting and control
