Job Description
Our Client has an opportunity for a Trade Tested Millwright to join their team. The Successful Incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and related systems of the plants equipment
- Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of all plant equipment
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with production and QA teams
- Utilize your strong fault-finding skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- demonstrate proficiency in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- possess knowledge of PLCs for efficient fault finding; read and interpret drawings related to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components; and adapt to changes and welcome constructive feedback
- Other related duties
Qualifications
- Matric
- Qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Millwright Trade Test
Skills
- Atleast 1 year Post Trade Test Experience
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Possess knowledge of PLCs for efficient fault finding
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance practices
