Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations in the cutting room.
- Manage production schedules and optimize material utilization.
- Ensure quality control in garment cutting processes.
- Handle factory opening and closing duties.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and quality assurance throughout all processes.
- Supervise and motivate cutting room staff, adhering to HR procedures.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are upheld in the factory environment.
What Youll Need to Succeed: - At least 5 years experience managing a garment cutting room.
- Proficiency with Bulmer and Gerber
Salary - R30 000 - R40 000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
