Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- BEng Degree in mechanical engineering / Industrial Engineering
- Min 3 years working in a manufacturing (FMCG) environment
- Shopware / SAP
- Working knowledge of WCMP / SHEQ / GMP / Lean Manufacturing principles
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- CII – Continuous Improvement Initiatives with focus on manufacturing (Lean Principles)
- Project Management – various aspects of the business
- Evaluate manufacturing and production performance (Analyze data)
- Evaluate Operation Processes to improve regional performance
- Strategic Planning and Budgeting
- Drive efficiencies and optimize practices, processes and efficiencies
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Results Driven
- Deadline driven
Salary: R500000.00 per annum
