Job Responsibilities

Update and maintain Softkings Academy Training Database.
File training programs/group attendance registers.
Print relevant certificates to competent candidates.
Assess Practical Evaluation reports.
Prepare training venues.
Ensure all training manuals, attendance registers, and all relevant training documentation are prepared and printed/bound prior to training.
Maintain and manage all stock levels related to stationery and refreshments.
Co-ordinate & communicate via email to relevant persons to order stock.
Ensure the Training Academy has stationery for training purposes.
Maintain stationery cabinet and report on stock levels on a monthly basis.
Update the Company Designations webpage.
Receive and respond to enquiries regarding certification, where required.
Ensure effective correspondence with certification candidates/committee members.
Attend & manage certification activities off-site as required.
Create project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for large-scale programmes.
Coordinate with trainers, associates, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure all necessary resources are prepared and available for programme delivery.
Schedule programme dates with trainers and associates, aligning with client needs.
Create assigned programmes in our internal system, documenting logistical information and ensuring a smooth end-to-end programme process.
Manage programme management and participant administration, as required.
Support and create pre-course work, diagnostics, and evaluations.
Review training materials for quality assurance purposes and make necessary changes.
Administer document packs and schedules, coordinate with outsourced providers.
Resolve learner issues, manage attendance and performance, oversee disciplinary processes.
Track attendance, manage portfolios of evidence, administer learner certification.
Conduct learner inductions for programs and contracts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R6000,00 - R7000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

Diploma (Required)

Experience:

Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
