Position Purpose
To support the Business Development Manager with administrative tasks, sales reporting, sales analysis (high level in Excel) and assist with social media platforms and creative design work.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist Business Development Manager with all administrative tasks
- Highly skilled in Excel and Canva or any creative portal
- Able to manage Social Media Platforms
- Fast working and time management skills
- Skilled in quick thinking and problem solving
- Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently
Specifications
Qualification:
- Administrative Qualification/Computer Course Qualification/Excel
Essential Knowledge / Experience:
- Microsoft Excel (high level)
- Canva/CRM System
Key Skills / Attributes / Position Specific Competencies:
- Sales Analysis and reporting
- Experience with managing a LinkedIn profile
- Work on our internal ERP/CRM System
- Design fliers/adverts on Canva or other design portal
- Manage Outlook for the Business Development Manager
