Professional Civil Engineer (Pr Eng OR Pr Tech)
Secunda Consulting Civil Engineering Company. The company has extensive knowledge and experience in large-scale industrial projects for Mining and Petrochemical plants. Projects are rendered on EPCM basis.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- BSc/BEng/BTech (Civil Engineering)
- ECSA Registration
- Minimum 10 years working experience in design of roads, water, sewer and stormwater
- Geometric/Pavement Design
- Previous working experience in engineering development, design and construction of a range of projects in industrial plants (Oil & gas, chemical, mining and power plants)
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Preparing quotations and tenders for client submission
- Interpret client requirements to define project scope and deliverables
- Prepare contract administration documentation based on NEC3/NEC4 requirements
- Strong civil engineering design skills
- Execute engineering deliverables to industry standards and client requirements
- Review drawings
- Manage and work with a project team including sub-contractors and vendors
