Job Description The role resides within DBCM Finance and participates in the delivery of the following areas:
- Management and delivery of all DBCM Budgets and Forecasts,
- Information provision to Senior Management, including all management reporting related to actuals, budgets and forecasts,
- Policy governance for example intercompany services, etc.,
- Holding budget holders to account for example through actively monitoring costs, accuracy of revenue, etc.,
- Participate in Driving Value initiatives and implementation thereof.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing and consolidation of all budget and forecast processes across all DBCM business areas (advisory, service, monitoring, auditing authority)
- Managing employment costs and headcount budgets, forecasts and actuals across all DBCM business areas (advisory, monitoring, auditing authority)
- Managing the intra departmental charges process in respect of budgets, forecast and actuals across all DBCM business areas (advisory, monitoring, auditing)
- Managing revenue budgets, forecasts and actuals and within relevant governance (Anglo Service Policy) parameters across all DBCM business areas (advisory, monitoring, auditing)
- Transfer pricing (advisory, service, monitoring, auditing authority)
- Management and Board reporting covering all DBCM business areas (advisory, monitoring, auditing authority)
- Participate in Driving Value initiatives analysis, evaluation and solution recommendation as well as the implementation thereof (advisory, monitoring, auditing)
Qualifications - Relevant Finance/ Accounting Bachelors Degree, CIMA or equivalent
EXPERIENCE - Financial and management accounting experience
- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes for a considerable number of divisions
- Experience with entities providing a variety of services, following strict guidelines for the calculation of revenue
- Experience in employment cost budgeting, forecasting and analysis
- SAP

- Managerial - be able to manage forecast and budget processes across various DBCM business areas
- Organisational skills - be able to coordinate forecast and budget processes across various DBCM business areas
- Interpersonal and communication skills - dealing effectively and professionally with budget holders, Heads of Departments, Directors, Management, external auditors and finance colleagues
- Technical skills - provide advice to budget holders with reference to service policy principles
- Analytical - ability to analyse large volumes of data, reporting on the most relevant information
- Driving Value - ability to assess and analyse processes for inefficiencies and provide an effective solution. Ability to implement business processing re-engineering solutions
