Role Description
We are hiring a Technical Manager in Manufacturing for a full-time, on-site position. Through training and education, the Technical Manager will help our customers in the market and supervise and assist our full-time manufacturing teams in producing top-class products. Implementing Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring recipes are up-to-date and relevant.
Qualifications
Essential:
Has a passion for baking with a couple of years of knowledge and experience in baking
Quality Control experience
Strong background in Production Management
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
Team management skills
Degree in Food Science or similar
