We are looking for a:
Digital Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Digital Designer with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for flawless, rapid execution . This individual will be a master of bringing approved designs to life across multiple digital platforms with both speed and precision , ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and brand consistency. Working closely with conceptual and craft teams, this role is crucial in bridging the gap between creative vision and technical realisation, maintaining momentum throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Expertly and efficiently translate approved designs into platform-ready assets. This includes meticulous adaptation and optimisation for various digital channels (email, web, social media) while maintaining a fast turnaround time.
- Maintain absolute brand consistency across all deliverables, ensuring adherence to established style guides and design systems, without compromising speed.
- Prepare and finalise design files with precision and efficiency, ensuring they are optimised for development and meet technical specifications, all while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Collaborate closely and effectively with Quality Assurance & Project Management to ensure seamless and rapid implementation, proactively troubleshooting any technical challenges.
- Optimise graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements for maximum impact and performance across different platforms, balancing quality with speed.
- Maintain a deep understanding of platform-specific best practices and design guidelines, including staying up-to-date on the latest trends and emerging technologies to streamline workflows.
- Support the production of design assets and deliverables, ensuring they are consistent, pixel-perfect, and meet project requirements, all within established timelines.
- Contribute to design documentation, including specifications, guidelines, and rationale, with efficiency and clarity.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, fostering open communication and a positive work atmosphere, contributing to a streamlined and productive workflow.
Software Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) with demonstrably fast workflows.
- Mandatory: Figma, with a focus on efficient design practices.
- Bonus: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, motion graphics/animation software, demonstrating an aptitude for expanding skillsets and streamlining processes.
- Exceptional technical skills, unwavering attention to detail, and a proven ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a focus on optimising workflows and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless and efficient teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
