Customer Experience Representative - Southern Jet Boats

Shotover Jet & Dart River Adventures are iconic Queenstown and Glenorchy based attractions, that take visitors on breath-taking jet boat rides. This role will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience to our manuhiri and will include duties such as making reservations, retail sales, and photography.
You will have high attention to detail, patience and be able to use your initiative to provide a truly epic experience to our manuhiri from all over New Zealand and the rest of the world. You will be someone who is truly passionate about helping and engaging with others to provide that experience.
This customer service role is primarily based at Shotover Jet in Queenstown, with some shifts at Dart River Adventures in Glenorchy (free transport is provided from Queenstown).
We're after people who:
- Can impress our manuhiri with exceptional customer service skills (ideally with previous experience in customer service)
- Have safety at the heart of everything they do
- Are physically fit and mentally alert
- Work well in a team and keep cool under pressure
- Can work shifts on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
- Full drivers' licence and P-Endorsement (or ability to attain one) preferred
- Are eager to learn about Ngāi Tahu culture and stories
- Enjoy the outdoors
- Are eager to learn and correctly pronounce reo Māori names and terms
Successful applicants will have a strong affinity for the needs and aspirations of our Ngāi Tahu whānui. Alongside this, you will have an understanding of, or an eagerness to learn and engage with our Ngāi Tahu values. Ka tika!
