As a Collections and Delivery Driver for DPD, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for our customers. Your role is instrumental in upholding our commitment to exceptional service and timely parcel handling. This position requires a valid C1 licence, DQC, and CPC, along with 12 months of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include:
● Commence daily operations at the depot, assisting with the systematic loading of parcels.
● Execute a predetermined delivery and collection schedule, typically encompassing 50-60 stops within the designated area.
● Utilise provided equipment, such as the Sack BarrowHand Truck, to safely manage heavier items.
● Maintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy during all customer interactions.
● Adhere strictly to delivery timeframes and operational protocols.
● Ensure the secure and efficient handling of all parcels throughout the collection and delivery process.
● Promptly report any issues or discrepancies encountered during the course of duty.
● Uphold DPDs reputation through consistent demonstration of our service standards.
