Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in lodge management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.
- Maintenance experience, including basic plumbing, electrics, road maintenance, and infrastructure repairs.
- Energetic and hardworking, with a willingness to be involved in all aspects of the lodge.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while fostering collaboration within a team.
- Proactive, resourceful, and creative when it comes to problem-solving and improving operations.
This is a live-in position with a 2 Bedroom house and potential to earn extra commission based on lodge occupancy
