Hospitality Manager Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or Lodge Management
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role
- Must have good beverage knowledge
- Must have strong administrative skills
- Experience in purchasing, stock control and stock-taking advantageous
- Valid Code 8 Driver's License
- Must be computer literate, PAN knowledge would be beneficial
- Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
- Must have strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, confident and have good problem-solving skills
- Must have a great passion for the Hospitality industry and guest experiences
- Must have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Must have good organisation and planning skills
Guide Requirements:
- Valid RSA Drivers License and PDP
- FGASA NQF2 (min.), and NDT Registered
- Valid First aid certificate
- Valid ARH certificate and SAPS firearm competency
- Full Trails
- Previous experience in a Big Five reserve and 5-star lodge
- Mature and responsible
- Well-spoken
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Strong leadership capabilities

Package: Salary is negotiable (DOE), incl. Accommodation, All meals while on duty, Uniform and laundry service, 3 weeks on / 1 week off cycle, 15 Annual Leave Days, Pension Fund
