We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology, with a specialized focus on Change Management. With a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, you will play a critical role in guiding our organization through transformative changes, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, informed, and equipped to adapt effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the change process.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of proposed changes on various teams and departments.
- Develop and execute communication plans that effectively convey the change vision and updates to all stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Completion of a Change Management course or module is required.
Experience :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management or a related field, with demonstrated success in managing complex change initiatives.
