Are you an experienced Administrator seeking a role within a well-established agricultural firm? We are currently seeking a dedicated, efficient Administrator to support the Accounts Department and play a pivotal role in their operations. If you are organised, good at keeping records and have good numeracy skills as well as a good telephone manner this could be an ideal role for you.

Key Administrator responsibilities:
- Receiving payments from customers on the system.
- Allocating incoming payments from remittances.
- Dealing with queries from customers regarding invoices and payments.
- Recording queries raised.
- Allocating self-bills from customers.
- Answering the phone
- Any other reasonable tasks requested.
Personal specification Administrator:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in using office software
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
