Are you an experienced Administrator seeking a role within a well-established agricultural firm? We are currently seeking a dedicated, efficient Administrator to support the Accounts Department and play a pivotal role in their operations. If you are organised, good at keeping records and have good numeracy skills as well as a good telephone manner this could be an ideal role for you.

Key Administrator responsibilities:

Receiving payments from customers on the system.
Allocating incoming payments from remittances.
Dealing with queries from customers regarding invoices and payments.
Recording queries raised.
Allocating self-bills from customers.
Answering the phone
Any other reasonable tasks requested.

Personal specification Administrator:

Proven experience in administrative roles.
Proficiency in using office software
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
