Our client seeks a detailed-orientated and dynamic Accountant to manage the financial operations of their NPO entities. This role requires you to ensure all financial records are accurate and compliant. Great role, and team! Report to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
- Grant and fund management
- Revenue and expense management
- Tax compliance
- Payroll management
- Financial reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial strategy and analysis
- Multi-entity reporting
- Audit preparation
- Internal controls
Requirements: - Minimum of a completed BComm degree in accounting or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience (SAIPA/CIMA accreditation advantageous)
- Minimum of completed SAICA or SAIPA articles with a mid-tier firm
- Strong Sage Pastel, MS Suite, MS Excel skills
- Good communication skills, both English and Afrikaans
- Excellent dynamic interpersonal and relationship building skills
