My client in East London is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager.
We are seeking to recruit a candidate for a Manager position who would fit into our very busy and highly demanding setting. The rewards are there for the applicable staff member. Qualifications must be Level 3 in Management Early Years or above.
The candidate must have at least 3 years as a Deputy Manager and encompass a range of early years skills as the expectations are high for the children.
Responsibilities:
- A good understanding of Birth to Five Matters along with the 21st Century skills.
- Experienced knowledge and understanding of the statutory Framework as well as being able to implement the planning which underpins the EYFS Curriculum.
- Support all staff to listen to the children’s voices.
- Have high expectations for the children’s well-being for them to achieve their full potential within our setting.
- Exhibit excellent leadership and professional skills.
- Good understanding of the ELGs.
