Portfolio Payroll are representing a global technology company who are in a period of substantial acquisitive growth. Seeking an experienced International Payroll Manager to oversee and managed nationwide UK payroll operations as well as EMEA.
Responsibilities include:
- Day to day management of the payroll team -recruitment, development and motivation, as well as 1:1s
- Ensuring the team are up to date with legislative changes and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
- Support and manage the implementation of change
- Design and implement robust systems and processes
- Ensure all pension contributions are paid and reported in accordance with legislation
- Act as an integral part of the new T&A system implementation
- Ensure journals are processes for the payroll and relevant accounts
Experience required:
- Extensive experience in Payroll Management role and managing staff
- Experienced in ADP IHCM payroll
- Explemlary UK payroll knowledge
- Experience of coordinating international payrolls
