We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger professional to join our client's dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment, offering a full-time working pattern. Join a successful organisation that values teamwork and professionalism!
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and accurately match them to purchase orders (PO's)
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to resolve any discrepancies
- Conduct supplier statement reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions
- Manage employee expenses in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist the management accountant in payment management until the permanent appointment is made
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger role, ideally within the manufacturing industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
