Working for an expanding niche recruitment company in the centre of Woking. The role will include but not limit to
Financial Accounting
• Journals
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT returns
• Factoring/Invoice discounting month ends
• Tax
• Payroll
Management Information
• Reports
• Debtor reports highlighting credit risks
• Cash flow forecasts
• Year end accounts (help in preparation of)
• Statutory information
• Management accounts
Payroll
- Supervising weekly payrolls
- Timesheet management
- Dealing with queries
Other Duties
• Sales - raising invoices/chasing debtors
• Purchases invoices/ reconciling suppliers
• Purchases - dealing with creditors/ creating payment runs
Skills
- System - Xero
- 4 + years knowledge
- Good excel skills required,
- Able to multitask
- Must be to clearly communicate between the accounts team and sales office
