Our Client

Are a reputable local pub group, striving to go from strength to Strength in 2023. Opening in December 2022, following a full refurbishment, their newest acqusition are now looking for a talented Sous Chef to support in leading the team in delivering great food ensuring their is an excellent remaining reputation on site. The pub is located in the picturesque Surrey Hills.

Responsibilties:

This role will give you the opportunity to evolve the menu and exceed budgeted commercial expectations through a clear understanding of GP, P&L and labour costs. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and company Directors You will also be key to ensuring a high level of quality fresh, local and seasonal food.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Sous Chef or experienced Junior Sous Chef.

Requirements: As Sous Chef you will have: · At least 2 years’ experience in a fresh lead kitchen · Food Hygiene level 2 · The ability to take the lead when necessary and have the experience to ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly · Have a passion for great food and a customer focussed mindset · Be honest, dedicated, and hardworkingapproach
