Therefore, we are on the lookout for experienced customer service individuals or claims handlers with experience working in a similar role with recent or similar experience.
In regard to our client, they are a renowned insurance/claims company who are specialists within motor, property and commercial claims.
Customer Service Claims Handler Job duties:
- Provide point of contact customer service for incoming vehicle collision alerts
- Assess the fulfilment solutions applicable to the situation
- Appoint Suppliers
- Invoicing and Credit Control of suppliers
- Manage the customers full expectations
- Keep Customers and other key stakeholders fully updated
- Consistently provide outstanding customer service, ensuring the process is as stress-free as possible for the customer
- Investigate complaints
