We are supporting a growing organisation to recruit for a Credit Control Assistant on full time permanent basis.
This role is initially based on-site 5 days per week during training (usually around 10 weeks) this will then move to a hybrid working arrangement with site visits only required 2 days per week.
Key responsibilities for the Credit Control Assistant:
- Taking full responsibility of your own ledger
- 1000 accounts, although a number of these are not active and only require annual billing
- Outbound calls to maintain customer service levels when chasing payments, this is roughly only 10 per day
- Answering queries on invoicing
- Calculating and raising credit notes
Key skills for the Credit Control Assistant:
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
- At least 1 years' experience with credit control
- Personable and approachable
