We are seeking a High Pressure Maintenance Specialist to join our client s team in Teesside. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective critical spares refurbishment, machine work, and high-pressure maintenance for bespoke high-pressure equipment requirements.
Responsibilities: - Deliver timely, high-quality refurbishment activities in the refurbishment workshop
- Maintain quality standards for materials in the critical spares refurbishment loop
- Provide quality control and assurance leadership during planned and unplanned outages
- Diagnose and resolve issues, raise SAP Notifications, and update SAP with findings
- Support reactive breakdown recovery and out-of-hours work
- Ensure technical standards for high-pressure joints as a Joint Making Authority
- Complete specific tasks requiring specialist knowledge on plants
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify improvement actions
- Hold a Work Control Permit and complete risk assessments
Requirements: - Trade qualification in mechanical engineering or similar.
- Proficiency in SAP, CMMS and CNC machining.
- Experience in the petrochemical or oil & gas sectors.
