We are recruiting for a Cost Administrator in Redcar, Teesside
Essential Skills
- IFS Experience
- Maximo system implementation experience
- Excellent knowledge of Excel packages
- Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner
- Good organisational skills
- An exposure to a very busy engineering department would be desirable
- Please note that if you have experience in Maximo but not IFS or vice versa full training can be given, however this position does require experience in a lease one of these.
The Role:
Working in a very busy accounts department, your role would be but not limited to:
- Administer and maintain cost control systems and procedures to track budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation and review of cost estimates and schedules of projects
- Assist with forecasts and cash flow analysis.
- Assist in the development of cost plans and estimates
- Assist in the review of contractor and subcontractor pricing
- Assist in collating commercial and cost reporting on a weekly/monthly basis.
This is initially a temporary role until Christmas, but does have the potential to lead into something longer
