On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to commence work at their head office in Surrey, KT23 IMMEDIATELY.
Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams on project plans for system enhancements. Competent in developing various reports and creating policies and procedures to improve system operation. Detail-oriented with a sense of diligence to contribute in multiple assignments within team-oriented environment.
Duties to include:
- Extensive SAGE 50 Accounts and Payroll experience
- Extensive QuickBooks (QBO) experience
- Responsible for Sales and Purchase Invoice processing
- Purchase Ledger control
- Credit control
- Bookkeeping
- VAT submission
- Bank Payments
- Payroll (including RTI Submissions to HMRC)
- Uploading weekly employee pension earnings via approved provider
