Duties: - Client-Focused Financial Strategy: Engage external clients directly to align financial strategies, negotiate and optimize budgets, and ensure ROI-driven financial solutions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual and project budgets, perform monthly forecasts, track and report variances, and support cluster leaders in financial planning.
- Information & Financial Analysis: Act as a bridge between Finance and Operations, analysing and presenting data to help leaders optimize resources, improve efficiencies, and guide informed decision-making.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Update risk reports, manage financial risks, and address outstanding debts with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
- Leadership & Team Development: Manage and mentor a Debit Card Administrator, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performing team environment.
Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: - Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accounting / Finance or Management Accounting
- BCom Honours Accounting / Finance or Management Accounting
- CA(SA) OR CIMA
Experience: - Completed SAICA - Audit experience is advantageous.
- 9-10 years of accounting experience
- 3 years in management accounting
- 3 years in a managerial role. Audit experience is advantageous.
