- Optimizing cost control while maintaining high-quality service and support.
Education: - BCom Honours (minimum)
- Completed CIMA or MBA would be advantageous
Job Experience & Skills required: - 8+ years of experience in a senior finance role, overseeing cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic leadership and operational skills, with experience managing IT, HR, and Payroll functions.
- Excellent ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP.
