SENIOR SPECIFICATIONS ADVISOR
THE ORGANISATION
This is an integral role for a highly regarded international regulatory partner, providing the food industry with world-class regulatory, product information and compliance mentoring, guidance and support, locally in the UK and internationally.
THE ROLE
This is a permanent, home-based role and offers you the opportunity to join a high performing, market leading team, to check and approve specifications and artwork for major UK retailers.
ABOUT YOU
You must have a keen eye for detail and an excellent understanding of legal labelling requirements and retailer policy requirements.
You must be highly competent in the following areas;-
- Specification and Pack Copy Review
- Artwork Review
- Formulation Review
- Regulatory Adaptations
Experience of working with the retailers in a food manufacturing environment is a must.
In addition to this;
- In-depth Technical knowledge, including codes of practice, policies and guidance.
- Practical experience of using specification or artwork systems and packages
- Significant experience of working in a Technical role, or in a related field
- Consistently work at pace and to a high level of accuracy
- Confidence to explain decision to others
- Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication
