Job Title: Key Accounts Statistical Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Key Accounts Statistical Analyst to join our team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing key account data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decisions. With a background in financial analysis, key accounts, or criminology, you will utilize your skills to manage and interpret large data sets, providing essential reports and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze key accounts data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Compile and interpret financial, business, or criminology-related data for reports and presentations.
- Conduct in-depth trend analysis using Analysts Notebook/iBase and Online Intelligence tools.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, to compile accurate and comprehensive reports.
- Assist in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with key account managers to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop predictive models to support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric or equivalent (NQF level 4).
- Degree (NQF level 7) in Business Management, Finance, or Criminology is required.
- A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a financial, key accounts, or criminology department.
- Strong understanding and experience using Analysts Notebook/iBase and Online Intelligence tools (highly beneficial).
- Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, trend analysis).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Afrikaans speaking will be highly beneficial.
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle are essential for travel to client sites and meetings.

Remuneration:
- Basic salary of R10,000 R15,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
