Revit Proficiency:
Passing a Revit test is essential. You should be adept at modeling within Revit, creating accurate and efficient architectural designs.
Project Experience:
Successfully completed residential building projects and/or complex projects from at least stage 1 to 4.2 (PROCSA).
Demonstrated ability to handle various project phases, including design development, construction documentation, and coordination.
Technical Orientation:You’re technically inclined and curious. You question assumptions, explore innovative solutions, and stay updated on industry trends.
Attention to Detail:
Meticulousness matters. You’ll ensure precision in drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Growth Mindset:
Keen to contribute to the mass residential industry’s growth. You’re open to learning, adapting, and taking on new challenges.
Software Skills:Familiarity with Lumion and/or Twinmotion is advantageous.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
SACAP Registration:Being registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) is required.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
