KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
To assist the Category Management Team in analysing customer
specific data, market and consumer data in order to build sound
business recommendations and develop and deliver high quality
supporting to the business;
To implement predetermined commercial arrangements for a
defined category in a timely manner to ensure that business
requirements are met, which includes but not limited to:
-Technical assistance
-Category management support
-Category analysis
-Performance tracking
-Data collection and processing
-Total cost of ownership (TCO)
-Continuous improvement
-Planning and Reporting
-Customer service Internal and External stakeholders
-SHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of work
-Work ethics
QUALIFICATIONS
-Grade 12
-Certificate (1 year NQF Level 5) in Supply Chain
Management/ Financial Management / Logistics / Engineering
/ Law
-Qualified Artisan with N4 Engineering Studies
-National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management /
Financial Management / Logistics / Engineering / Law
(Recommended)
EXPERIENCE
-Minimum of two (2) years operational experience in a Technical
environment.
-Minimum of three (3) years operational Technical analysis (data and
root cause) experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
-Computer knowledge and skills
o MS Office suite (Word basic user, Excel advanced user, PowerPoint
intermediate user ; JD Edwards basic user
-Communication
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Relationship building
o Ability to build relationships with employees, clients, management,
suppliers, contractors and stakeholders
-Project Management
o Ability to manage and coordinate projects involving internal and
external parties and stakeholders; Project coordination and planning
o Budget and cost management within the project
-Analysis
o Analyse data and verify the information to determine suitable
recommendations and elicited support for BI opportunities identified
Technical
o Engineering, production processes, mining operating principles
o Applies relevant knowledge, skills and procedures to all technical
aspects of the job
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Drivers License - Code B/EB
Medically Fit - Meet required medically fitness standards
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The candidate will be appointed on the condition of being certified medically fit as per Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996.
Remuneration will be based on a competitive all-inclusive flexible package.
Designated groups and Woman-in-mining candidates will receive preference.
