Your new role
As a Freelance Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering construction projects. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership and organisational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of project management from inception to completion.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.Experience working on small works projects is highly desirable.Strong leadership and communication skills.The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
