Executive Support to SLT, based West Midlands, ASAP start, temporary ongoing assignment
Your new company
You will be working in further education and acting as executive support to a large SLT. You will be the go-to person for all things executive assistant and administration. You will be in the role on a temporary assignment.
Your new role
Within this role you will be responsible for organising and maintaining calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. You will respond to emails and phone calls, prepare communications, gather documents, prepare agendas and ensure all records are kept accurate and up to date. You will be the first point of contact and help support to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have relevant and recent executive support experience in either a senior administrator, executive assistant or team administrator role and be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to support meetings, take minutes, gather documents etc. You must be immediately available and flexible to interview at short notice due to busy schedules.
