Your new roleWe are seeking an outgoing, confident, and positive individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have experience in front-of-house (FOH), reception, hospitality, and customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring all visitors receive a warm and professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Assist with administrative tasks as needed.Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.Requirements:Proven experience in a FOH, receptionist, or hospitality role.Strong customer service skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
