SANPUD seeks to appoint a Finance Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing and coordinating the daily administration and data capturing . They will work closely with and provide support to the Finance Mentor and Executive Director. The position is a contracted position and dependent on funding. The position is based in Wynberg, Cape Town. Strong administration skills with attention to detail Good interpersonal skills Problem solving skills Ability to work accurately under pressure Maintain a high standard of professionalism Willing to assist with other administrative duties which may not be directly linked to operation Deadline driven Process procurement orders from staff and project leaders Obtain quotes from preferred suppliers when required Assist the financial mentor and executive manager with meeting co ordination and general office administrative duties Arrange staff travel and logistical support via the appointed processes Minute taking of company and staff meetings Ensuring the office has necessary stationery , IT and furniture requirements and arranging technicians to service such equipment when required. Prepare purchase orders and purchase requests daily Assist the financial mentor with Data capturing and filing ( including e filing) Assist the financial mentor with HR files and contracts Assist staff with assembling of presentations when required . Assist with conference co- ordination , hotel reservations , meeting room confirmation and booking of transfers. Assist the financial team when required with reports, monthly management pack and funder audits.
