Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support, counselling, and advocacy to clients facing various social and emotional challenges. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualised care plans. Provide counselling and therapeutic interventions to address social, emotional, and behavioural issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with organisational policies and regulations. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications : Bachelors or masters degree in social work from an accredited institution. Registered as a Social Worker with the relevant regulatory body. Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing social work services, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic record-keeping systems. Location, Schedule, and Compensation : Cape Town Wynberg & Newlands Monday-Friday 15:00pm-23:00pm Must have own transport and means to attend working hours.
