As the Quality Co-ordinator, you will ensure quality at the source by verifying conformance to specifications and implementing quality improvement strategies. You will be instrumental in formulating, implementing, and improving company quality standards while supervising and coaching quality control and production staff to meet these standards. Your responsibilities will include creating process reports, liaising with customers on quality matters, and maintaining high housekeeping standards. You will coordinate and conduct internal QMS and FSMS audits, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Additionally, you will manage food safety standards, handle administrative duties, and participate in SHE risks meetings. Your role will also involve board sample collection and testing, colour verification, equipment calibration, and logging and following up on non-conformance issues.
