In this role, you will identify training needs and deliver impactful training sessions to support the growth and development of team employees. Working closely with the HR Officer, you will be responsible for setting up a comprehensive training calendar, benchmarking training requirements, collaborating with both internal and external trainers, and ensuring the smooth administration of training sessions. You'll also evaluate the quality of these programs to maintain high training standards and update our training matrix regularly. We are looking for a candidate with a Matric, a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, and ideally 1-3 years of experience in HR. Previous experience in Training and Development and strong administrative and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of an African language would be advantageous.
