Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or Lodge Management
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role
- Must have good beverage knowledge
- Must have strong administrative skills
- Experience in purchasing, stock control and stock-taking advantageous
- Valid Code 8 Driver's License
- Must be computer literate, PAN knowledge would be beneficial
- Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
- Must have strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, confident and have good problem-solving skills
- Must have a great passion for the Hospitality industry and guest experiences
- Must have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Must have good organisation and planning skills
This is a live-in position with meals on duty
work cycle is 21 days on, 7 days off
