Grada Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a great understanding of Earthworks and Drainage. Ideally, you will come from a Land Development/Sub-division construction background but possess a strong understanding of the civil industry as a whole.
The Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will report directly to the general manager, leading a high-performing team of project managers to deliver a wide range of Land development-focused projects across the Queenstown/Wanaka region while supporting the tendering of new business with the goal of increasing market share.

You
- Minimum 10 years' experience within the NZ civil market
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Natural leadership and a desire to develop others
- Previous experience in Drainage & Excavations
- Understanding of local H&S and contractual standards
