Academic Qualifications Required:
- Grade 12
- A diploma or higher qualification in Quality Management will be advantageous.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compile IRBA fee lists from GreatSoft reports and other registers.
- Assist with IRBA fee reconciliation.
- Support the Quality Consultant with the rotation schedule.
- Maintain and update various registers, including locking lists, archiving lists, and typing registers.
- Perform completeness checks on key quality management registers.
- Assist with compiling late locking letters and following up on PI scores.
- Capture and file Modified reports.
- Update Reportable Irregularity, Communications, and CPD registers.
- Assist with the upkeep of Training attendance registers.
- Capture Master updates onto GreatSoft and ensure all client data is consistent.
- Perform WIP adjustments and other ad hoc tasks as required by the Quality Consultant and Quality Manager.

- Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Computer literacy with advanced Excel skills (compulsory) and experience with GreatSoft (advantageous).
- Ethical behaviour with adherence to fundamental principles such as integrity, objectivity, professional competence, and confidentiality.
Experience:
- General administrative experience is required.
- Auditing experience is important.
- Experience in an audit firm will be advantageous.
