Office Manager
A local Agricultural concern is on the lookout for a dynamic and efficient Office Manager to take control of their office, be the face of the firm, and ensure all administration and sales are taken care of in an efficient and professional manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The day-to-day running of the office
- Assisting clients, i.e., issuing of delivery notes, handling all client queries, arranging product deliveries
- Tending to all business emails
- Basic bookkeeping duties, i.e., sending out invoices, capturing supplier invoices
- Keeping stock of products and placing new orders from suppliers when necessary
- Contacting clients to offer services and products
- Marketing on social media and other platforms
- Market research
- PA to the owner
- Data Capture
- Ad Hoc Admin Duties
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- Previous experience as an Admin / Office Manager
- HR Services, Recruitment & Selection
