HR OFFICER
We still have a vacancy available for a generalist HR Officer that will assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations. The person will also , amongst the other functions be able to lead and direct the routing functions of the Company’s HR Department and participate in the development of the HR Objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for the company requirements including training.
The person will also manage all the Industrial relations functions of the company by ensuring compliance with the company’s code of conduct and handling of all disciplinary hearing and enquiries. The person will also ensure compliance with all employment laws.
The person must have
• Must have the drive, energy, and technical ability to manage the department and the company’s objectives.
• Must also have strong knowledge of HR principles and practices with the ability to practice judgment, forward-thinking, and strategy to solve problems and develop transformational HR initiatives quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field.
• Proven success working in an HR department preferably in a manufacturing environment for a minimum of 3 years.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to employment.
