Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are recruiting for a self-sufficient, confident, and ambitious Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for career progression and development.
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Duties:
- Reactive maintenance of medium & heavy plant machinery conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, relays, inverters, fillers, sealers etc
- Line improvement tasks
- Fault finding using PLC s
- Can read and work from electrical schematics
- Use of root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons behind problems and failures, seeking to identify areas for improvement in plant performance
- Continually drive towards a PPM culture
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Required Experience:
- Electrical qualifications from a recognised body - NVQ level 3, 18th Edition and/or BTEC L3
- Electrical fault-finding skills
- PLC experience
- Electrical/mechanical machinery maintenance (PPM s and reactive)
- FMCG or heavy industrial machinery experience
- Experience in high volume manufacturing
- Continuous improvement projects
- COMPEX/COMAH environment
