Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead our Electrical Design Department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and development of automation solutions, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled electrical designers and engineers.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the department.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Electrical Design Oversight:
- Take ownership of the entire electrical design process, from concept to completion.
- Develop and implement design standards and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with overall project requirements.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in electrical design and automation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, resolving complex design challenges.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all electrical designs adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Oversee documentation and certification processes to guarantee compliance with applicable norms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in electrical design, with a focus on automation solutions.
Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
Strong proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations governing electrical design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
