Candidate Requirements:
- Matric
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality
- Must have at least 2 - 3 years working experience in a Front of House / Reservations role
- Must have excellent client and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to handle difficult situations
- Strong administrative skills, experience working with reservations
- Strong computer skills with experience using Nightsbridge
- Must have experience with managing inventory and stock
- Must have experience with managing financial records. Experience using SAGE Accounting beneficial
- Must have good communication skills and be fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Must have a valid Driver's License and own reliable transport
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must have a good attention to detail
This is a live-in position (shared staff house)
Work on weekends and public holidays, 5 days on and 2 days off (during the week)
One staff meal per day when on duty
