We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. As a  Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating strong long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities; deliver predictability and accuracy on pipelines and forecasting.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the accounts portfolio
- Achieve assigned account objectives
- Set up account plans
- Establish strong, long-term client relationships
- Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
- Connect customer business and technology needs to solutions
- Coordinate with operations and product development to provide solutions
- Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
- Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
- Monitor sales performance metrics
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
- Monthly service reviews with customersÂ
Qualifications required:
- Degree or Diploma in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
